Dear Students,

Yes, it’s true that I left Herzegovina a long time ago. Ah…it’s true that no one asked my opinion on leaving as I was only 18 months old. But, I have returned and continued visiting Herzegovina and our region every summer. Because of that, I have made many friends from that area with whom I talk regularly.

From these talks with friends and students, I have developed an understanding of the life and situation of students from our home area.

I also just finished my own graduate studies in May 2019. Now in residency, I continue spending a lot of time studying, and I am definitely familiar with just how much time and effort it takes to be a good student.

It is with great honor and happiness that I was selected to be the president of The Foundation. I will try to meet and learn more about all of you through the application process for this scholarship.
